Accounting
The "books" are handled by the most meticulous of the bunch. Your building's financial records are closely watched. We quickly input incoming rent, process any late fee income, assess management fees, input work orders, pay bills, issue your monthly and yearly statements along with maintenance records, much more that can occur with software upgrades or special owner request.
Apartment Rental Coordinator
A dynamic position. This person is dedicated to the tenant's experience, from the first phone inquiry to see an apartment for rent to the final walk through when they move out.
Operators
The seasonal operators are a dedicated bunch. Each day they are on the front line to all incoming phone calls. They ensure that no rental call goes unanswered, appointments are set, and no advertising dollars are wasted.
Apartment Showing Staff
We have several associates that only focus on showing the apartments on a daily basis. They are screened for communication skills, a friendly personality, being presentable, and ability to follow directions precisely.
