- Is there an application fee?
Yes, $40 per person, non-refundable. This fee is truly used to screen applicants, i.e. check credit reports, call previous landlords/managers, call current/previous employers, along with all other screening measures EPM takes to ensure only quality tenants occupy our mananged buildings.

- Do you represent my interest?
No, we have a legal fiduciary duty to the owner of the building. However we do have a legal duty as well as a strong desire for fair business practices with you, the lessee.

- How much money do I need total for the application?
$40 per person, non-refundable application fee, plus monies equal to 1 months rent of the unit you are interested in.
